Right of withdrawal

Version 24 October 2026

In short

When you buy online, you normally get 14 days to change your mind. At Civizon, your access starts right after you pay. That's why we ask two things before you pay:

  1. that you explicitly want access to start right away, and
  2. that you know you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

You can only pay once you tick both boxes. We record the date and time of your consent and include it in the confirmation email after your purchase. Your right of withdrawal then lapses (Article 6:230p under g of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek); Article 16 under m of Directive 2011/83/EU; in France Article L221-28, 13° of the Code de la consommation).

What's left then

  • If Civizon doesn't work as promised, you simply have your statutory rights. Email us and we'll fix it or refund (part of) your money.
  • If you fail your exam, there's the pass guarantee.
  • Not sure about something? Email support@civizon.com. We're always happy to take a look.

Model withdrawal form

The law requires us to show this form. It only matters in cases where the right of withdrawal has not lapsed (for example if you did not give the consent described above).
