Guarantee terms (pass guarantee)

You practise to pass. If it still doesn't work out, you get your money back. These are the terms.

When you get your money back

1. You bought and paid for full access to Civizon.
2. You took the real exam while you had access (or on the exam date you filled in in your account).
3. You failed.
4. The name on your exam result is the same as the name on your Civizon account. The guarantee only applies to that one person.
5. You send your request within 60 days after you received the result, from your account (My practice > Pass guarantee), with a clear photo or pdf of your result.

How it works

• We review your request and email you, usually within 5 working days.
• If everything is in order, we refund the full purchase amount via Mollie, in the same way you paid.
• After the refund, your access ends.
• You can use the guarantee once per purchase.

When not

• If the name on the result doesn't match the name on the account.
• If the proof is unreadable, incomplete or altered.
• If the account was shared or access was paused due to misuse.
• If you didn't take the exam (for example you cancelled or didn't show up).

Your data

We only use your exam result to assess your request. We keep it for up to 12 months after our decision and then delete it. See also our privacy statement.
