Is Civizon run by the government?

No. Civizon is a practice platform run by a private company. You register for the real exam with the authority in charge.

In which languages do I get explanations?

The questions are in French, just like in the exam. You get the explanation in your own language: English, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese and more.

How long can I practise?

90 days. If you enter your exam date, we extend it for free until after your exam.

Can I share my account?

No, an account is for one person. You can use it on up to 2 devices. That keeps the price low for everyone.

How does the pass guarantee work?

If you fail the exam, upload your result in your account. If everything matches the guarantee terms, you get your money back.
