John Stone honored as Engineer of the Year JUNEAU - John Stone, P.E. was honored as the Alaska Capital Engineers' 2010 Engineer of the Year. The award was presented to Stone during the 2010 Engineers Banquet and Awards Ceremony held Feb. 20 at Centennial Hall. The Alaska Capital Engineers is made up of members of the Juneau Branches of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Alaska Society of Professional Engineers.
